’90210′ Season Two Promos Spotlight

A new article about the new season of 90210 has surfaced, and this one talks about how the characters develope. Here’s the Jessica/Adrianna Highlights:

Promos featured on CW’s web site include, “Very Annie,” “Very Silver,” and “Very Adrianna,” highlighting the many sides of leading ladies Annie Wilson (played by Shenae Grimes, pictured), Erin “Silver” Silver (played by Jessica Stroup), and Adrianna Tate-Duncan (played by Jessica Lowndes). Lowndes was listed as a guest star last season, but has been moved up to a season two regular, according to OnTheFlix.

The promos for Adrianna seem to fit the bill as her character was already “Very Sexy; Very Reckless; Very Pregnant.” In fact, she gave birth in the season one finale and planned to give the baby girl up for adoption. As for the upcoming season, Lowndes stated that she knows the next year will have a fresh start.

“The whole season is going to be different. Some storylines might just evolve and disappear, or just reappear,” according to an OnTheFlix report.

The CW promos validate Shenae Grimes’ recent comments about a darker side of Annie coming out in season two, with the tease of “Very Innocent; Very Tempted; Very Corrupted; Very Annie.”

“My producer sat me down and was like, ‘Shenae, there is just some sort of intensity behind your eyes. We’ve got to bring it out somehow,’ ” Grimes said in the Eonline report. “I was like, ‘All right! Cool! Better challenge for me. I get to stir up trouble at work, awesome.’ ”

Another character that seems to be headed down a darker path is Silver. The CW promos for Silver tease “Very Different; Very Destructive; Very Dangerous; Very Silver.” Silver had a dramatic first season with her relationship with Dixon and the discovery of her bipolar disorder. Apparently, though, viewers haven’t seen anything yet.

“A lot of her stuff, including the Dixon relationship, the Ethan relationship and her relationship with herself, with this disease, has really only just begun. The path that she’s on, she’s just now started to go on,” Stroup said in a recent report on AceShowBiz.

The season finale included a possible love triangle between Silver, Dixon and Ethan, but the character of Ethan is reportedly leaving the show.
